Tomorrow morning I’m driving to the airport. Mom and I are going to Canada to see Dad’s family and friends, and take care of some business.
I haven’t been since I was sixteen. Dad and I always drove. 24 hour drive. It took us two days. Imagine being in a small space, such as a car, with your dad for two days…
But it’s things like this you miss when someone’s gone. I recommend you take the time, even if it’s two days in a car. You have those memories forever.
Around Christmas Dad asked me if I’d drive him to Canada in the summer (this summer) because it wasn’t wise for him to drive himself. We would be doing this trip next month if he were still here.
I miss him so.

Best friends are hard to come by. So when someone this great comes along you have to celebrate them. Happy birthday B, and many more! @brittneylgreen6

My mother is the strongest person I know. She is genuine and kind, and all who know her would agree. She’s a good soul. She loves me more than anything and she shows me that everyday. She is deserving of the world, but wouldn’t dare ask for it. Shes my best friend, my confidant, my mom.

Just a pool, disguised as a pond, with a trampoline instead of a diving board
Holy fuck! I wrote a paper about these kinds of pools several years ago for a class when they were just prototypes. These pools have a natural filtration system that run based on the plants that are in the pool that give the water nutrients that allow it to not only be crystal clear, but you are also able to drink the water because it becomes so clean. And the best part is that once the initial filtration system is installed and calibrated, it maintains itself and eliminates the need for chlorine or constant maintenance like salt water pools.
I want one
